Terms

Terms of Service

Effective September 1, 2026. These Terms explain the rules for using SceneFit, including responsibility for uploaded images, commercial use of output, disclosure duties, credits, retries, and refunds.

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your access to and use of SceneFit. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use SceneFit for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Your images and upload authorization

You retain any ownership rights you hold in images, instructions, listing data, and other content you submit. You represent and warrant that you own that content or have all permissions, releases, and authority needed to upload it, have it processed by AI providers, and use the resulting output as contemplated by these Terms.

You grant SceneFit and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, modify, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for residual backups and copies retained for legitimate legal, security, or compliance purposes.

Generated output and commercial use

Subject to these Terms, payment of applicable charges, and any third-party rights, SceneFit permits you to use and reproduce generated output for lawful personal and commercial purposes, including property listings, marketing, presentations, and design concepts. SceneFit does not claim ownership of your original images.

AI output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar results. We do not guarantee that an output is eligible for copyright protection or does not resemble third-party content. You are responsible for reviewing the output and obtaining any additional rights or clearances your use requires.

Virtual-staging disclosures

Virtual staging can affect how a property is perceived. You are responsible for clearly and conspicuously identifying virtually staged or materially edited images wherever required by law, advertising rules, a multiple listing service, brokerage policy, platform policy, or professional standard. Do not state or imply that depicted furniture, fixtures, finishes, views, or features are included with a property when they are not.

Keep the original image and provide it alongside the edited version when required. SceneFit may provide labels, metadata, or disclosure suggestions as a convenience, but you remain responsible for confirming that each publication satisfies the rules that apply to the property and market.

Prohibited and deceptive alterations

You may not use SceneFit to conceal known defects or materially misrepresent a property’s condition, dimensions, boundaries, permanent fixtures, structural features, surroundings, view, or other facts a reasonable buyer or renter would consider important. You may not present conceptual renovations or generated items as existing physical conditions without an adequate disclosure.

You also may not upload or generate unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive content; impersonate another person; process images without required consent; bypass usage limits; interfere with the service; or reverse engineer restricted components. We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate or prevent misuse.

AI output limitations

Generated images are probabilistic and may contain artifacts, inaccurate dimensions, impossible geometry, misplaced or duplicated objects, changed surfaces, or other errors. Results vary based on the source image and instructions. You must inspect every output before publishing, distributing, purchasing items, or making a property, construction, design, safety, or financial decision.

SceneFit output is a visualization, not an appraisal, survey, inspection, architectural plan, engineering opinion, legal opinion, or guarantee of what can be built or purchased. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular aesthetic result, or fitness for a specific listing platform.

Pricing and credit rules

Current prices, package sizes, taxes, and the number of credits required for an operation are shown in the service or at checkout. The amount shown when you authorize a purchase or generation controls that transaction. We may change future pricing, package sizes, or credit costs, but changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase.

Credits are a limited, revocable license to access eligible service operations. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, and may not be sold, transferred, or combined across accounts unless SceneFit expressly permits it. Promotional or free credits may have separate limits or expiration terms disclosed when issued. Unused credits may be forfeited when an account is closed or terminated, except where law requires otherwise.

Retries, failed generations, and refunds

An eligible operation may deduct or reserve credits when processing begins. If SceneFit identifies a technical failure that produces no usable result, we may automatically retry the operation or restore the related credits. If that does not occur, contact support@scenefit.ai with the account email and job details so we can review the transaction.

Because image-generation results are subjective, dissatisfaction with style, furniture choice, composition, or another non-technical aspect does not by itself make a generation refundable. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law, where the checkout terms state otherwise, or where SceneFit approves a refund for a billing error or service failure. Any approved refund may remove the corresponding unused credits from the account.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update, modify, or discontinue features and may suspend or terminate access to protect SceneFit or others, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.

We may revise these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
